Badges for British Champions’ Day should be requested in advance of the meeting and in order to ensure that this procedure runs smoothly we have agreed with Ascot Racecourse that Irish Trainers without runners should contact the Irish Racehorse Trainers Association to request badges.

Irish trainers without a runner, who hold a full license, will be granted two non-transferable Owner and Trainer Star badges that allow entrance to the Premier Enclosure of the racecourse and the Owner and Trainer’s Bars and Viewing areas.  These badges do not permit access to the Owner and Trainer Dining Room or the Parade Ring.

Please note that these badges are for the use of the licensed trainer and one other and must be collected by the licensed trainer, a form of identification will be required for collection.

Unfortunately, Irish Trainers without a runner, who hold a restricted license, will not be entitled to complimentary badges for British Champions’ Day.

If you wish to request badges for British Champions’ Day please contact us by Wednesday 14th October 2015 with your request.  We will then administer your booking and arrange for your badges to be available for collection from the Owners and Trainers office on the day.

Please note that Irish Trainers without runners who have not applied in this way will be unable to obtain complimentary badges at the course.

Irish Trainers with runners will receive details of how to book their badges directly from Ascot Racecourse.
